Season 3:


Episode 1 – We know, I know, They all Know:  Dr. Viper attacks Megakat city trying to make the mayor a mutant. The enforcers try to stop Viper but hey are no match for him. The SWAT Kats enter the fight for the mayor's life.

Episode 2 – Save Me: Dark Kat steals important codes for the new Enforcers tank, airplane and helicopter. With them he is able to match the SWAT Kats and even stop them. Dark Kat takes Ann Gora for a hostage. Will the SWAT Kats be able to stop Dark Kat and save Ann Gora?

Episode 3 – He Rises To Fall: Dr. Infinity appears in downtown Megakat city with Deputy Mayor Callie Briggs. The SWAT Kats fight against him and try to free the Deputy Mayor. Dr. Infinity escapes with a mass of damage to the city. Commander Feral blames the SWAT Kats for the damage. In his anger T-Bone hits the commander after that commander Feral gives order the SWAT Kats must be arrested at first sight!

Episode 4 – We Are The SWAT KATS: After another failure of trying to save the Deputy Mayor the SWAT Kats return to the hanger. Chance and Jake thing over everything that has happen until now. Dr. Infinity appears in front City Hall and calls a preconference announcing that he will release the Deputy Mayor is the SWAT Kats show who they rely are. Will the secret of the SWAT Kats be reviled?

Episode 5 – All Begins and All Ends – Part 1: Turmoil, Dark Kat and Dr. Infinity have joined forces and are attacking Megakat city. The Enforcers try to stop them but they are no match for the army of death. The SWAT Kats enter the fight. Will they be able to save the Deputy or will Dr. Infinity just run away?

Episode 6 – All Begins and All Ends – Part 2: Dark Kat releases a bomb over Megakat city and blows up half of the city. The enforcers try to hold the female army of Turmoil on the ground and in the air. But hope is running out as the female army is marching towards the City Hall. The SWAT Kats desperately fight in the air against hundreds of Turmoil's army of female cats. Will this be the end of Megakat city?

Episode 7 – All Begins and All Ends – Part 3: The female army is stopped on the ground. The army is no longer marching towards City Hall but the air battle is just beginning. Turmoil Fires five missals towards City Hall. Commander Feral is seriously injured. The mayor survives with minimal injuries. The SWAT Kats know that there is no chance of wining so they crush the Turbokat jet in Turmoil's ship. Now they enter the final fight against Turmoil, Dark Kat and Dr. Infinity. Who will win?
Episode 8 – All Begins and All Ends – Part 4: The SWAT Kats fight against every female cat and every Creeplings who are sent to stop the two heroes. On the ground Commander Feral is taken to the hospital and he is being operated.  When the SWAT Kats finally enter the command center of the ship they see that Turmoil and Dark Kat are tied with ropes and they are unconscious. Dr. Infinity is the only one left and he is waiting for them. Will this be the final stand against Dr. Infinity and will the SWAT Kats be able to save Deputy Mayor Callie Briggs?

Episode 9 – All Begins and All Ends – Part 5: The SWAT Kats fight against Dr. Infinity for the last time. One the ground and in the air the enforcers are wining against the remaining females of Turmoil's army. Commander Feral has survived the operation. The SWAT Kats win against Dr. Infinity and they save Deputy Mayor Callie Briggs. But Dr. Infinity isn't giving up. He presses a button and Turmoil's ship starts to fall down. Will the SWAT Kats survive or will they finally meet their end?

Episode 10 – The Dawn of the End: The SWAT Kats run to the Turbokat jet but Dr. Infinity is there too. T-Bone starts to fight against him. T-Bone tells Razor to get Miss Briggs in the Turbokat jet and to get out of here. Razor disagrees with him but T-Bone grabs Razor and puts him in the pilot seat and fires the Turbokat jet and activates the autopilot. Razor and Miss Briggs now are flying towards the city. T-Bone is left alone to fight Dr. Viper. The ship explodes like a nuclear bomb!

Episode 11 – One day it all comes back to the Beginning and it all fells    Right: Razor and Miss Briggs have landed on the beach and are watching how Turmoil's ship is exploding. All the citizens of Megakat city are watching how the ship explodes. Razor and Miss Briggs return to the city. Commander Feral is in a wheelchair. Razor removes his mask in front all the citizens. A few days later all the citizens who have survived the worst attack gather in front a memorial stone in the center of the city. On that stone are writhen the names of all those who have died. And one of the names written on the stone is Chance Furlong/ T-Bone!
